  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (except damaged items).

  • A valid invoice or order receipt is required.

  • Certain products (like opened pesticide bottles or used sprayers) are not eligible for returns.

💰 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about approval.

  • Approved refunds are initiated within 7–10 working days.

  • The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.

  • If you prefer, we can issue store credit or replacement instead of a refund.

🚚 Wrong or Damaged Items

  • Returns are accepted for damaged, expired, or incorrect products only.

⚖️ Product Usage & Liability

  • If you receive a wrong product (example: incorrect seed variety or fertilizer pack), we will arrange a quick replacement.

  • In case of damaged or expired pesticides, fertilizers, or seeds, please contact us immediately with photos for faster processing.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer are not eligible for return.

  • Seasonal or perishable products like some bio-stimulants or treated seeds may not be covered under standard return policy.

No. Opened pesticide bottles, fertilizer packs, or used seeds cannot be returned unless they are proven defective or expired.
